We have been soooo busy! We have been teaching private sanitation classes, proctoring exams, teaching culinary classes and catering events that we have not had as many public sanitation classes the month of February.

Don't worry we got your back! we have classes in March starting as early as March 4! Our public classes for sanitation manager's courses are coming soon!

We are also getting ready to gear up for Summer festival season in Chicago. We will be conducting classes after March 5th!
