Step 1: Visit our website www.believers1.com. Go to the services page and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click Register to download or print our registration form. Complete the form and send it to us by fax or email. Please indicate which class you are signing up for and if you would like to take your exam online or a written version. Note: Online exams may require students to bring their own laptops. No online exams are available on Wednesdays after 5 pm.
Step 2: Make your online payment by going back to the services pages at the bottom of the page under the large group sanitation manager's courses drop-down menu pick the option that applies. Click the buy now button and follow the prompts through PayPal. We accept checks only if mailed and received on or before the registration deadline.
